Self-replicating Environmentally Embedded Diagnostic

SEED was the project of the Stanford 2020 iGEM team. Our goal was to engineer bacteria to detect COVID-19 and other viruses so we could sustainably grow living diagnostics at scale.

While the iGEM 2020 Website has been down, which contains most of our documentation, below are links to our pitch video and final presentation video, for which we won Gold at the iGEM International Jamboree, along with nominations for Best Education and Best Diagnostic.
